Five Advanced Technologies, Empowered by Patents

01

FDF Freeze-Drying Technology

Patent No.: ZL201210572660.8

Low-temperature freeze-drying and fresh extraction help protect the activity of active ingredients.

02

RWD Rapid-Dissolving Technology

Patent No.: 201410187485.X

Rapid dissolution in about 15 seconds with mucosal absorption.

03

NLG Nano-Liposome Encapsulation Technology

Nano-encapsulation enables targeted delivery and improves absorption and bioavailability.

04

Supramolecular Co-Crystal Technology

Enables stable integration of multiple ingredients and enhances synergistic effects.

05

Secondary Fermentation Technology

Optimizes ingredients into small molecules, combines multiple benefits, and improves bioavailability.

Start with the right questions

What is the ingredient? How much is needed per serving? Where is the product intended to be sold? What does the current format fail to achieve? These questions define the brief before a prototype is made.

Formulation and material science

Compatibility, dispersion, matrix selection and taste are considered together. A promising raw material still needs to be evaluated in the proposed finished format.

Process development

The process review considers ingredient sensitivity, film-forming or lyophilization requirements, repeatability and the information needed for subsequent scale-up. Specific experimental scope is agreed for each project.

Analytical evaluation

Assay, uniformity, disintegration, moisture and stability answer different questions. The development plan identifies methods, samples, conditions and decision points instead of relying on a single demonstration video.

What to share first

A non-confidential specification, a certificate of analysis where available, your target dose, intended use and target market help establish a practical first conversation. Proprietary formulation or process information should be shared under agreed confidentiality terms.

What we consider

Formulation & material science

Ingredient compatibility, dispersion, taste and matrix selection.

Process & lyophilization development

Connect early prototypes with a repeatable process route.

Analytical evaluation & stability

Define meaningful methods, conditions and development decisions.
